Privacy Policy

We keep data collection minimal.

What we collect

Comparison inputs (product names, category, slider weights) are sent to our server to compute results. Results are cached for up to 24 hours and are not linked to you.
IP address is held in memory briefly for rate limiting (abuse prevention) and is not written to our application logs.
Standard hosting/CDN logs (e.g. our hosting provider and Cloudflare) may record IP, user agent and request time for security and operations under their own policies.

What we don't do

No accounts, no advertising trackers, no selling of personal data. We do not set cookies for tracking.

Third-party processors

To research comparisons we send product names (not personal data) to a web search API (Tavily) and an AI model API (xAI). If you click an affiliate link, the destination site may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have rights to access or delete data. Because we don't keep personal profiles, there is usually nothing to retrieve, but contact laws@mail.grokbot.com with any request.
