Not covered: deals signed before you provide a qualifying quote; quotes that aren’t in writing or itemized, leave out required fees, or are older than 14 days; changing the vehicle after you start; fleet, commercial or special-order vehicles. Hitting your personal target price is not guaranteed, and you always decide whether to buy.
