What North Dakota law says

For tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2007, an individual is allowed a deduction for making a contribution to College SAVE, the 529 savings plan administered by the Bank of North Dakota. The maximum deduction allowed in a tax year is $5,000 ($10, 000 if married filing jointly). A rollover of funds from another 529 plan into College SAVE is not eligible for the deduction.
