Common questions

I didn't get the email with my guide.
It usually arrives within a few minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder and search for "VaultRubric". Still nothing? Use "Resend my guide" below with the email you typed at checkout. If you may have mistyped it, write to us with the name on your card and the date you bought, and we'll sort it out.
How do I download my guide again?
The download button on the order page and in your email works for 45 days, and the PDF is attached to the email, so you can save it to your phone or computer. After that, use "Resend my guide" below for a fresh link. It's free and works as often as you need.
Which guide fits me?
Medicare Decision Kit ($19): you turn 65 soon, or you're on Medicare and comparing plans during open enrollment (Oct 15 to Dec 7). Dealer Paperwork Checklist ($15): you plan to buy a car from a dealer in the next few months. 90-Day Credit Repair Plan ($12): you were turned down for credit or see errors on your credit reports. Each guide explains the rules and the math in general terms. None of them is personalized advice.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund within 30 days of purchase if a guide isn't useful. Ask through our contact page with your order number. You don't need to send anything back. Write to us through the contact page (or reply to your guide email) and include your order number. We reply within 2 business days.
Do I get updates?
Yes, free. The Medicare kit uses 2026 costs. CMS usually announces the 2027 Part B premium in mid-November, and we'll email the updated edition to everyone who bought the kit. If a rule in another guide changes, we'll email you the new edition too.
