SpaceX has been a public company since its June 2026 IPO: its Class A shares trade on Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX, so you buy them in an ordinary brokerage account like any U.S. stock. That makes the broker the real choice: stock commissions, account minimums, SIPC protection and regulatory record. We weighted the rubric that way and ranked every self-directed broker in our dataset with a verified stock/ETF commission. Robo-advisors (Betterment, Wealthfront) are left out because they're built around managed portfolios. This is not a recommendation to buy SPCX or any security.
