FAQ

What should I have ready before I call about my internet bill?

Your latest bill: the total, every fee, and the date your promo price ends. One or two prices from other providers at your address, with fees.

How do I work out what I saved?

Bill now minus the new price, per month, times the months the new price lasts (up to 12 for the first year), minus one-time fees. Example: $120 − $85 = $35 a month, × 12 = $420.
