TRICARE Open Season 2026: dates and what can change

As of Oct. 21, 2026

Short answer: TRICARE Open Season runs Nov. 9 through Dec. 8, 2026. It's when you can enroll in or switch between TRICARE Prime and TRICARE Select, or change between individual and family enrollment, for Jan. 1, 2027. If you stay eligible and do nothing, your plan stays the same. FEDVIP dental and vision has its own Open Season, Nov. 9 to Dec. 14, 2026.
